Today, we are sharing some of our GSN Ambassadors across the United States. These fantastic players and role models are making waves in Texas and Florida. They have the qualities to be top players and are fantastic additions to the GSN Ambassador team. Check out part two of our series introducing our wonderful ambassadors.
Marley
Marley is a standout player in the 2012 ECNL division. She plays with Football Club Prime in Florida as a midfielder. She is also an excellent indoor soccer player, showing both speed and quick touches to create space and strike it into the back of the net. Along with being a midfielder, Marley is an excellent centerback. Her ability to play in different positions allows her to be a strong addition to the team. In her futsal games, she can get up the field quickly as a centerback and do quick passes to get a shot off
Ava Scaglione
Ava is a part of the class of 2028. She plays for Orlando Pride’s 2010 ECNL team as both an outside back and a winger. Growing up in Merritt Island, Florida, Ava also plays for Cocoa Beach High’s Varsity soccer team. Ava’s presence on Instagram includes fun transitions, highlights, and product reviews. On the field, she has shown she is a game changer with long-distance shots and speed to get up the field quickly, make runs that open the field, and cross the ball.
Ember Napoli
Ember is another GSN Ambassador from Florida. She is an incredible futsal player who plays with the EJE7 boys and girls team. Defensively, she is strong on the ball and has the ability to turn players and get a shot off. Ember’s team is coached by Eddi Johnson, a former United States Men’s National Team player, and she has been recognized on the Youth Athlete Of The Year website for her dedication to training and her skills on both the indoor court and outside fields.
Delilah Burns
Delilah is a goalkeeper for the 2009 Orlando Pride ECNL 2009 team and is from Tampa, Florida. Along with playing in the United States, Delilah has also played for the Dominican Republic Youth National Team. She puts an immense amount of work into training and shares on her social media top training drills that keep her at the top of her game.
Zya Torres
Zya is a current 11-year-old playing for DKSC ECNL. She is a versatile player as a striker, right forward, and left forward. She is known for her explosive movement and incredible speed up top. Zya is currently homeschooling at Texas’ number one virtual school, so she can balance her academics while also having an intense focus on sports. This past year, she was also called up to the JMS Selecao 2014 team in Portugal for the Ibercup.
Skylar Boogie
Skylar Weddington, known on Instagram as Skylar Boogie, also plays for the DKSC ECNL team as an 11-year-old. Similar to Zya, Skylar is also a call-up to the JSM Selecao team in Portugal. Although this is her first year in ECNL, Skylar has been playing with DKSC for ten years. Skylar has fantastic composure on the ball and gets herself out of tight situations. She is also selfless on the ball, with great through passes, but also knows when to take the shot and score.
Madison Faith
Madison is another GSN ambassador who plays for the DKSC ECNL team in Texas. She too has played with the JMS Selecao 2014 team in Portugal for the Iberacup. Madison has also been recognized on the news channel “Univision” for some of her insane goals and long-distance shots
