Haji Wright and Folarin Balogun’s continued goal production this winter has upped the pressure on Ricardo Pepi to remain with the pack.
Pepi has made just three appearances in 2026 due to injury, but is back amongst the options in Peter Bosz’s squad. The U.S. men’s national team forward has scored twice in Eredivisie play and most recently played 45 minutes in Saturday’s 3-1 league triumph over Heracles Almelo.
After tallying 17 goals for PSV last season, Pepi is up to 12 goals in all competitions this campaign. He still has ample opportunities to add to those numbers over the next three months, starting with a midweek trip to NEC Nijmegen in KNVB Cup action.
Should Pepi grab a few more goals over the next two weeks, it’s likely he will be back with the USMNT for March international duty.
In England, Tyler Adams and Bournemouth take on Brentford in Premier League play. Chris Richards and Crystal Palace visit Tottenham.
In Spain, Johnny Cardoso and Atletico Madrid visit Barcelona holding a comfortable lead in the Copa Del Rey semifinals.

In Italy, Serie B continues with Gianluca Busio and Jonathan Klinsmann headining the American contingent.
