Chelsea travel to North Wales this evening, aiming to maintain their perfect historical record against lower-division opposition and secure a place in the FA Cup quarter-finals.
The Blues have moved into a more positive phase under manager Liam Rosenior following a convincing 4–1 league win at Aston Villa on Wednesday.
Manager Rosenior oversaw a performance that highlighted his team’s attacking depth, and they now face a Wrexham side they haven’t met competitively in 44 years. Notably, Chelsea have progressed from their last 24 consecutive FA Cup ties against lower-division sides.

Liam Rosenior manages a squad missing six first-team players but receiving a significant boost in attacking areas. Notably, Pedro Neto is available for selection after serving a domestic suspension and is expected to start. Consequently, he will look to maintain his incredible cup form, having already netted four goals in just two FA Cup appearances this season.
Notably, if Neto scores tonight, he will become the first Chelsea player since 2017 to score in the third, fourth, and fifth rounds in a single campaign. Romeo Lavia is also pushing for his first start since November after two recent substitute cameos.
