Bournemouth extended their unbeaten run in the Premier League to 16 games after a 1-0 win at Fulham this weekend.
The Cherries have risen to sixth in the table as a result of the remarkable run, which stands as the longest active run across Europe’s top five leagues.
Andoni Iraola’s side have not been beaten since January 3rd, a run of form across the run-in that could yet deliver Champions League football.

Bournemouth have never played in Europe before but look almost certain to next season, while it could yet be in the Champions League.
The sixth-placed team in the Premier League will qualify for the competition if Aston Villa, currently fifth, end the season fifth and beat SC Freiburg in the Europa League final.
Bournemouth lead some European heavyweights when it comes to the longest current unbeaten runs. German giants Bayern Munich (14 games) are second on the list, with Manchester City (13 games) third. Incidentally, Bournemouth and Manchester City meet in the Premier League next week.
