In an interview with Koforidua-based Swiit FM, the former Asante Kotoko gaffer affirmed the Black Stars can thrive at the global showpiece with the right attitude.
“It won’t be easy for the Black Stars considering the quality of our opponents, but I believe that with the right attitude, we can succeed. The Black Stars have already arrived in the United States as preparations intensify for the tournament, which kicks off on June 11, 2026.
Ghana have previously featured at the World Cup in 2006, 2010, 2014, and 2022, with their best performance coming in 2010 when they reached the quarterfinals.
