With the National Women’s Soccer League finally back from the World Cup break, that means we’re back with our Anatomy of a Goal series! Every week, Dan Lauletta and I pick one of the weekend’s best goals to break down in a frame-by-frame style.
This weekend’s selection happened to be the very last goal of the weekend: Sophia Wilson’s score against Racing Louisville. This was Portland’s fourth goal of the match and their league-leading 24th of the season.
