Ghana goalkeeper Benjamin Yeboah has joined Resende from fellow Portuguese club Braganca, completing another move in Portugal at the age of 21.
The goalkeepers switch was finalised on 25 August 2026, shortly after he arrived at Braganca from Esmoriz on 1 July. Yeboahs contract with Resende runs until 30 June 2027.
Yeboah is eligible to represent Ghana and is registered as a goalkeeper for Resende. He joins a side competing in Portugals Campeonato de Portugal, with the clubs schedule including matches in Serie A during the 2026-27 season.
The move continues a rapid sequence of club changes for the former Hearts of Oak player. He left the Ghanaian club for Pombal in August 2024, joining the Portuguese side on a free transfer. His spell at Pombal was followed by a move to Aldeia Nova in July 2025.
Yeboah then switched to Esmoriz in November 2025 before making his most recent move to Braganca at the start of July 2026. His time at Braganca lasted less than two months before Resende secured his arrival.
The goalkeepers senior club history also includes a loan spell with Berekum Chelsea from Hearts of Oak during the 2021-22 season. He returned to Hearts of Oak in February 2022 after the loan ended.
Yeboahs move to Resende is his latest step in Portuguese football, where he has now represented five clubs. He joins the club with his new contract in place until June 2027.
