Coaches named UMB Division One League Coach of the Month will receive 43-inch NASCO television sets during the 2026/27 season.
The prize represents an upgrade on last season, when monthly winners were presented with 32-inch television sets.
The revised awards form part of an expanded NASCO rewards scheme for Ghanas second-tier competition, provided by Electroland Ghana Limited, the distributor of NASCO electronics and home appliances.
Electroland are beginning their second season as full supporters of the Division One League. Their backing covers matches in Zones One, Two and Three, alongside their established partnerships with the Ghana Premier League and the Women’s Premier League.
The company has also increased the value of awards for players. Player of the Match winners in each zone will now receive a NASCO stand blender, replacing the steam irons awarded last season.
Player of the Month winners will receive 32-inch NASCO television sets, an increase from the 24-inch models presented in the previous campaign.
The improved package for coaches is intended to provide further recognition for their technical contribution and motivation during a highly competitive Division One League season.
Electroland Ghana Limited chief executive officer Mr. Nour Seklaoui reaffirmed the companys commitment to football in Ghana and said the Division One League remained an important part of the sports development.
Ghana Football Association General Secretary Prosper Harrison Addo, Esq., praised Electroland for its continued backing and for increasing the value of the monthly awards across the countrys three domestic competitions.
The 2026/27 UMB Division One League season began on Friday, September 18, 2026.
