Take a look at the various talking points around the National Women’s Soccer League.

Postseason hosting berths and seeding still up for grabs

All eight Decision Day matches on Sunday at 5 PM EST hold playoff implications. Only two home playoff berths have been clinched thus far (Gotham FC and San Diego).

Washington, Kansas City, Angel City, Portland and Utah all have a shot at the final two quarterfinal hosting spots.

At its simplest, Washington will secure a third consecutive home berth with a victory or draw against Chicago at Audi Field. Kansas City will also clinch a home game with a win away at Racing Louisville.

Angel City, Portland and Utah have less direct routes to a top four finish. Angel City will need to beat Boston, plus see Chicago pull an upset over Washington or have Racing draw or beat Kansas City. Both Utah and Portland must need to win, have both Boston and Racing win, and win all their remaining tiebreakers.
