GFA Communications Director Henry Asante Twum has praised the Ghana Education Service (GES) for its strong support in organizing the 2025 CAF African Schools Championship.”All the activities we are doing Ghana Education Service has their hand in it. The LOC managing the competitionMr Ntow Ayeh, who is the head of PE in Greater Accrais the Vice Chairman of the LOC,” he told Peace FM as monitored by Ghanasoccernet.com”So we and the schools in Accra and Legon area have met and had a lengthy discussion. We are looking forward to them being a part of the tournament not only on the pitch but also outside the pitch,” he added.The tournament officially kicked off today at the University of Ghana Stadium in Accra. Host nation Ghana began on a high note, beating Uganda 2-0 in the boys category.The final match of the Championship is scheduled for April 26 at the same venue.
