Former Ghana U20 goalkeeper Robert Dabuo has shared how proud and excited he felt playing for Ghana during his youth career.Robert Dabuo was part of the Black Starlets squad that played at the 2007 FIFA U-17 World Cup in South Korea. A year later, he joined the Black Satellites and helped Ghana win the 2009 FIFA U-20 World Cup in Egypt, a historic moment in Ghanaian football.”As a young player going to represent the whole country is always an exciting moment and going to a tournament with Ghanaians believing in you that you are going to win makes you confident and determined,” told Happy FM, as reported by Ghanasoccernet.com.”In Ghana when you bring the trophy that is how people will follow you but if you go and things don’t go well you know Ghana it creates a lot of problems,” he added.
