Karela United have signed young goalkeeper Kelvin Kofi Saaba on a three-year contract, the club have announced.
Saaba made a huge impact last season he was helped Division One League side Golden Kick FC to reach the final of the 2025 MTN Ghana FA Cup.
His heroics caught the attention of many Ghana top-flight sides and Karela have won the race for his signature.
A club statement on Tuesday, 22 July 2025 read: ”Between the Post! We’re are excited to announce the signing of Kelvin Kofi Saaba on a 3 year deal from Akotoshi Football Club.
”Kelvin kept the goal post for Golden Kick during the MTN FA Cup finals this year against Asante Kotoko.”
