Hearts of Oak coach, Aboubakar Ouattara, clashed with journalists following his side’s hard-fought win against Medeama SC on Sunday.The Phobian Club ended their four-match winless run with a 1-0 win over the Yellow and Mauve at the Accra Sports Stadium.Raphael Amponsahs long-range effort in the first half gave Hearts of Oak the needed win.Despite the win, some sections of the fans criticizedthe team for theirsecond-half performance.Asked about how content he was with his teams display against Medeama on Sunday, Ouattara said,Sometimes, I ask myself, what do you [journalists] want? When we win, the performance is not good. When we play well and lose, then you criticise us. Tell me the truth, what do you want?Me, I need three points. The table is not about performance; we want three points, the Ivorian manager added.Aboubakar Ouattara is no stranger to spats with journalists, after previously labeling questions thrown at him in his post-match defeat against Kotoko in December as unreasonablelottery questions.Meanwhile, the win has propelled Hearts of Oak to the 4th position on the league log with 40 points.
