Arsenal have reportedly entered negotiations with Leicester City to sign 16-year-old prospect Jeremy Monga.
The winger made 27 appearances in the Championship last season, registering a goal and two assists as the Foxes were relegated to League One.
Monga is the third-youngest footballer to play in the Premier League after making his debut against Newcastle United in April 2025, at the age of 15 years and 271 days old.
Arsenal in talks to sign teenage Leicester City starlet
According to The Athletic, Arsenal have made “club-to-club contact” with Leicester over a possible deal for the teenager. No agreement has been reached yet, but the two clubs are in “direct negotiations”.
Monga has attracted interest from several “leading teams”, including Chelsea, Manchester City and Real Madrid, but he “only wanted” to join the Gunners.
Arsenal “aim” to pay a transfer fee that both clubs can be happy with, rather than let a tribunal decide how much they should pay the Midlands outfit.
