Bayern Munich want Manchester United full-back Diogo Dalot

Bayern Munich are interested in signing Diogo Dalot from Manchester United in 2026, according to Sports Boom. The defending Bundesliga champions have had injury problems at right-back, and they believe that Dalot would solve those problems.

Josip Stanisic will not play until mid-February due to ankle ligament damage, while Konrad Laimer is also on the sidelines. Sacha Boey is on the transfer list and could be sold by Bayern before the winter transfer window closes next week.

Dalot, though, ‘remains unmoved’ by interest from Bayern. Man Utd are hesitant about selling the Portugal international in the January transfer window, with the club’s director of football, Jason Wilcox ‘currently weighing up whether to offer him a lucrative contract extension or cash in for a premium fee in the summer of 2026’, according to the report.  Bayern are aiming to win the Bundesliga title for the second season in a row as well as clinch the UEFA Champions League.
