Ghanaian striker Bernard Sarfo Twumasi has joined Express on a free transfer from Konnerud IL, returning to the club he represented before his move earlier in 2026.The 29-year-old completed the switch on 27 August 2026, bringing his spell with Konnerud to an end after arriving there from Express on 2 February. Twumasi had joined Konnerud as a free agent and now makes another cost-free move back to Express.Twumasi is an attacking player whose primary position is striker. His return gives Express an experienced Ghanaian forward with previous knowledge of the club, having first joined them in June 2022.He spent nearly four years with Express before departing for Konnerud. The latest transfer therefore marks his second arrival at the club, following his initial move in 2022.Twumasis recorded appearances include matches in two Norsk Tipping-Ligaen divisions, where he made seven appearances in each competition. He also featured once in the NM-Cup, scoring one goal in that fixture.His return comes after a short period with Konnerud during the 2026 campaign. The move was completed without a transfer fee, with both of Twumasis switches between the two clubs registered as free transfers.Twumasi was born on 13 August 1997 and represents Ghana. He now returns to Express as a forward following his latest spell away from the club, with the move confirmed on 27 August 2026.
