By OkayGoal Bradley Barcola is set to become a Liverpool player after Paris Saint-Germain agreed a deal worth up to £123 million in the summer transfer window.
The Reds have been eager to add more width to Andoni Iraola’s squad following the departure of Mo Salah, with Barcola their top target this summer.
The winger has been pushing for a way out of PSG in search of more regular starts and it appears that his wish been granted by the French club after they lowered his price tag.
Bradley Barcola to join Liverpool from PSG in £123m transfer
With the deadline just four days away, The Athletic report that Liverpool will pay PSG a transfer fee of £106 million to sign Barcola, with another £17 million in potential add-ons.
PSG had been demanding £145 million for the France international, but he will now join Liverpool on a five-year contract for a total package worth £123 million once he completes his medical this weekend.
The Merseyside outfit are still interested in signing another winger, with Crystal Palace Ismaila Sarr and Yankuba Minteh of Brighton linked with moves to Anfield.
The arrival of one of those players could pave the way for Cody Gakpo to leave Liverpool. Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester City are both said to be interested in signing the Dutch forward.
