Despite receiving several offers, Club Brugge are playing hardball. With Jashari under contract until 2029, they’re in no rush to sell unless their price is met. That hasn’t deterred Chelsea, who see the Swiss international as a perfect fit for their long-term vision.

In recent years, Chelsea have doubled down on signing emerging talents across Europe and South America. Ardon Jashari fits that blueprint perfectly. At 23, he’s mature beyond his years on the pitch—praised for his ability to control the tempo, recycle possession efficiently, and deliver incisive passes from deep.
If signed, Jashari could serve as an ideal rotational option behind Moises Caicedo and Romeo Lavia, giving Enzo Fernandez the license to push forward in Enzo Maresca’s system. Whether he remains at Stamford Bridge or is loaned out will likely depend on Chelsea’s midfield depth by the end of August.
