Danish Superliga clubs FC Midtjylland and Randers FC are reportedly tracking promising Ghanaian midfielder Hubert Gyau after his standout displays for Asante Kotoko this season.
The 20-year-old has been one of the emerging talents in the Ghana Premier League, delivering consistent performances in midfield for the Porcupine Warriors.
According to reports by Soccer Laduma, both Danish sides have been monitoring the player closely as they explore potential reinforcements ahead of future transfer windows.
Gyau has made 21 league appearances for Kotoko this season and has scored four goals, showcasing his attacking instincts despite operating primarily from midfield.
His vision, passing ability and composure under pressure have made him one of the most exciting young midfielders currently playing in Ghana’s top flight.
Midtjylland in particular have built a reputation for identifying and developing young talent, including players from Africa, before helping them progress to bigger leagues across Europe.
However, Gyau’s representatives insist that no official offers have been received yet.
The midfielder is managed by Prosport International, whose CEO Mike Makaab says he has not received any formal approaches from interested clubs.
Should the Danish interest materialise into concrete bids, Gyau could soon be the next Ghana Premier League talent to secure a move to Europe.
