Promising Ghanaian right-back Eric Mensah has taken a significant step in his career after signing a two-year management agreement with Spanish-based agency ARG Football Agency.
The 18-year-old, who can also operate as a right winger, joins the agency following his departure from Division Two side MSK Zilina Africa. His development with the Slovakian-affiliated outfit caught the attention of the agency’s scouts.
Mensah’s progress was accelerated by a European tour with Shooting Stars FC, where he travelled to Germany, Austria, Norway, and Spain for training camps and friendly matches against local sides.
The exposure gave him valuable experience against European opposition and showcased his potential to a wider audience.
ARG Football Agency specialises in identifying emerging talents across Africa and guiding their transition into European football markets.
Mensah now joins a growing list of Ghanaian youngsters under the agency’s wing, including Issah Mohammed, who recently joined Slovakian giants MSK Zilina, and Kenneth Yeboah, currently featuring for Austrian side First Vienna FC II.
The deal marks another step in Mensah’s journey as he looks to build on his international exposure and push toward professional football in Europe.
