
Belgian winger of Ghanaian descent, Jesse Bisiwu, has vowed to work hard to earn a chance in Barcelona’s first team. Following his official unveiling on Tuesday, August 4, the teenager stressed that he will be ready when manager Hansi Flick needs his services.”When I was young, I always dreamed of playing for a big club like Barcelona, so being here is a dream come true for me. He [Hansi Flick] welcomed me very well, we had some conversations, and it’s very easy to understand what I have to do this year: work hard and learn as much as possible, Bisiwu said.The winger continued, “When the coach needs me, I will be there; I just want to work hard to be ready. I have seen the Camp Nou stadium on television, but not in person.”The talented winger is expected to spend time with Barce Athletic, but will be closely monitored by the technical team of the senior side.He is likely to debut for the senior team during the course of the 2026/27 football season.
