For the Decision Day edition of Anatomy of a Goal, we’re taking a look at the team who just missed the National Women’s Soccer League playoffs: the North Carolina Courage. The Courage’s 3-2 win over NJ/NY Gotham FC wasn’t enough to push them into one of the top eight spots, since they needed Racing Louisville to lose or draw, too, in order for them to dance into the postseason.
