Nottingham Forest have completed the signing of Norwegian forward Tuva Espås on a permanent deal.
WSL Full-Time were informed of the news via an official club press release from The Tricky Trees this afternoon.
The 27-year-old joined Nottingham Forest from Vålerenga Damer. Espås has spent the last two-and-a-half years with the Norwegian Toppserien club. She has scored five goals in 13 matches in the 2026 Toppserien.
Espås has also turned out for Røa IL in her senior career to date.
The player will now test herself outside of her native Norway for the first time with Nottingham Forest.
After joining Nottingham Forest, Espås said “This is huge for me, to move over here and play football in a new country. It feels like good timing, the Club is huge, I have met the girls and the staff, and I am looking forward to getting to know them more and settling into the group.
“I’m going to work hard every day, get better, get into the routines, and fight for the team.
“I’m feeling fit, feeling ready and I can’t wait to get out there. I’m going to use everything I know to help the team moving forward.”
Espås is Nottingham Forest’s ninth signing of the summer transfer window.
