Chelsea’s summer window is in full swing now.
They’ve sold well, and have signed Morgan Rogers and Maxence Lacroix. They’re not done yet, however. Rumours are steadily building around Kerim Alajbegovic. Fabrizio Romano’s report on the interest last night claimed that the Blues are “in contact” with Bayer Leverkusen over signing the teenager, joining “Italian clubs” in the race to sign the Bosnia international.
The player “has yet to decide his future,” but it sounds like things will be resolved soon.
Chelsea reportedly agree massive fee for young talent

Today Nicolo Schira is sticking his neck out and saying that the 18 year old has “agreed personal terms” for a contract until 2033. He also names the total price, bonuses included, at €52m.
That’s a very steep fee, even for someone as talented as Alajbegovic. We’re not going to full believe this deal is as close as Schira says until one of the top tier insiders reports it, but all signs seem to point to this deal gradually going ahead.
