Mourinho faces a selection problem with seven players unavailable. Éder Militão and Ferland Mendy are sidelined, as is forward Rodrygo, along with squad players Raúl Asencio and Thiago Pitarch.
Midfielders Aurélien Tchouaméni and striker Endrick were left out of the matchday squad after failing late fitness checks due to ongoing muscle issues.
On the plus side, Jude Bellingham has been named in the squad and is expected to start despite carrying an ankle knock from the recent 2-1 win at Espanyol.
At left-back, new signing Marc Cucurella is likely to make his first start, while Federico Valverde and Bernardo Silva are anticipated to form the midfield partnership.
