Hasaacas Ladies will face Army Ladies in the final of the 2025/2026 Women’s FA Cup after both sides delivered commanding performances in their semi-final clashes at the Cape Coast Sports Stadium on Saturday, March 21, 2026.
Hasaacas Ladies cruised to a 3-0 victory over Jonina Ladies, producing a composed and dominant display to book their place in the final. The experienced side, known for their pedigree in women’s football, controlled the game from start to finish and will now seek to add another trophy to their cabinet.
Army Ladies secured their spot in emphatic fashion, thrashing Samartex Ladies 5-1. Alamisi Atakaga opened the scoring in the 39th minute, giving her side a deserved lead before halftime.
Samartex responded after the break, pulling one back in the 60th minute through Alex Ibinabo Georgewill, but their hopes were short-lived.
Army Ladies regained control just two minutes later as Zinatu Alhassan restored their advantage in the 62nd minute. The floodgates then opened late in the game: Linda Achiaa made it 3-1 in the 80th minute, Esther Asamoah Yiadom added the fourth in the 86th minute, and Afia Boadwa Twumwaa sealed the emphatic 5-1 victory with a stoppage-time goal.
With both teams in impressive form, the final promises to be an exciting showdown between two sides hungry for silverware. The date and venue for the final will be announced in due course.
