Black Princesses head coach Charles Sampson says Ghanas U-20 womens national team have recovered from their disappointing opening defeat to Ecuador and are ready for their crucial FIFA U-20 Womens World Cup clash against South Korea.Ghana suffered a 3-0 loss to Ecuador in their opening Group game, with goalkeeper Najat also forced off through injury and replaced by Precious Asante.Despite the setback, Sampson believes the players have regained their confidence after returning to training ahead of Wednesdays encounter.”Our training was good. Thank God. Now I can confidently say that the girls have come over the last game’s shocker and the emotions in it. So now it looks like we are ready to go. We have always been good to go,” he told GFA Communications.”We work on the last third almost all the time. We just need to give them more confidence in it. And that’s why we train on them every day so they score more goals and get more confidence.
