National team head coach Carlos Queiroz finalized his Black Stars roster just ahead of the official FIFA tournament deadline.
Williams is set to anchor the frontline alongside veteran Jordan Ayew and forward Antoine Semenyo.
The West African nation faces an incredibly demanding challenge in tournament Group L, where they are matched against global football heavyweights England, Croatia, and Panama.

The Black Stars are currently wrapping up their intensive pre-tournament training camp in Cardiff, Wales.
They will play a final warm-up friendly match against Wales tonight before flying out directly to North America.
