Tyler Adams and Bournemouth enjoyed a positive ending to life with Andoni Iraola at the helm and will now seek a strong start to a new chapter under manager Marco Rose.
Adams and his Cherries teammates face a trip to Manchester City on Sunday in one of the headlining contests of the English Premier League’s return. The U.S. Men’s National Team midfielder will be eager to impress his new boss as Bournemouth aims to earn only its second win over the Citizens in the past 21 tries.
Adams logged two goals and two assists in 26 appearances last season, missing time due to a knee injury during the winter months. However, the veteran midfielder returned to action last February and proceeded to help Bournemouth seal a first-ever berth into a European club competition.
If Rose wants to enjoy success in his first season with Bournemouth, having Adams healthy and hungry will be key.
